Project Manager – Arogyam Wellness Centre Skill Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Duties & Responsibilities: a) Project Management Overall management of the Arogyam Wellness Centre project Building Consensus Among various department on key issues and actives of the project Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress update report Develop and chase deadlines, budgets, and activities Conduct review meeting with all authorities and project team once a month b) Inter Department Management and Liaison Building Consensus among various departments on key issues and actives of the project Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between inter-department Assess Program performance c) Team Management Lead The Project Implementation Team and other staff for the project.
