Job Summary:


The Sales and Application Engineer will play a key role in driving sales growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire sales process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and the ability to articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Job Descriptions:


  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of NVTECH's products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through research, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing technical inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients optimize product usage and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to customers, highlighting product benefits and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Instrument, Electrical or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in oil and gas industry.
  • Familiarity with calibration software or similar technical applications will be highly considered.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
