Sales Analyst

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will collaborate with opportunity owners to ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Salesforce system
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Business Development & Sales Americas
• Develop and maintain business reports to track sales performance and identify trends
• Additionally, you will analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving sales processes and systems
• Lead discussions with sales and finance on order intake forecasting
• As well you will understand the business implications of changes in opportunities and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare slides summarizing Sales Force information for executives to present in leadership meetings
• Creating reports as needed to support opportunity owners. Including win/loss summaries
• You will understand Salesforce nuances in reporting for each business (Large Projects, PlantServ, Spare Parts, etc)
• Provide training and support to sales team members on the use of the Salesforce system
• Lastly you will participate in sales meetings to capture comprehensive notes and ensure precise documentation of key points and outcomes

What Makes You Great

• You will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in using Salesforce software and other relevant tools.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
