We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team and bring magic to every gift that leaves our store. As the force behind the scenes, you’ll ensure every order, every invoice, and every number is just right—so that our customers can focus on spreading happiness.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Team to make sure all sales documentation is seamless and every process runs like clockwork. If you’re someone who loves details, thrives on deadlines, and finds satisfaction in getting things just right, this is your moment.

YOUR TEAM

You’ll be an integral part of our sales squad, working closely with the Sales Manager and sales reps. While your role is focused on data and documentation, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything (and everyone!) connected and coordinated. Together, you’ll ensure that every gifting experience is perfectly executed—from the very first inquiry to the final invoice.

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

You’ll report directly to the Sales Manager, someone who values collaboration, attention to detail, and the art of making things happen smoothly.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Sales Documentation: Manage and maintain all Bombay Sweet Shop sales data—accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access.
• Verification & Processing: Review all data submitted by the sales team and ensure it’s complete and correct.
• Administrative Support: Assist in creating order sheets, preparing presentations, and supporting account management.
• Invoicing: Generate proforma and tax invoices for our gifting clients, making sure everything is accounted for.
• Finance Coordination: Work with our finance team to ensure seamless reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Reporting: Build regular reports to help the team measure sales growth, track performance, and spot new opportunities
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate order changes with the associated team, help with getting print files done and delivered, update address sheets and more to make it all a seamless process.

• Detail-Oriented: You notice the tiny things—because they matter. Especially when it comes to documentation and numbers.
• Efficient: You thrive on meeting deadlines and keeping everything moving without dropping a single ball.
• Collaborative: You’re great at communicating and working cross-functionally—with sales reps, finance, and everyone in between.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with spreadsheets, POS systems, and reporting tools? Even better.
