Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support our global Customer Solutions team. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless customer journey, from quoting and order processing to compliance checks and Export Control. You’ll be a key link between internal teams and external partners, making sure every part of the process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing in line with SLAs, coordinating across regional and offshore teams.
- Provide responsive support to Sales and Service teams, handling escalations, quoting requests, and queries promptly.
- Manage Export Control and D&B compliance checks for all accounts and orders.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Manually 'pick' orders and create or amend complex orders within Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Support continuous improvement by working closely with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports and highlight any recurring issues.
Requirements
Essential:
- Extensive manual quoting experience.
- Experience in customer service and order processing roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in report creation and analysis using multiple data sources.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
Desirable
- Understanding of ERP systems, especially modules related to finance, logistics, and supply chain.
- Familiarity with the full customer journey from order to delivery.
- Previous experience in an operations or customer support role with direct end-user interaction.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholders to deliver projects or resolve support tickets within SLAs.
- Motivated to grow and learn, with a proactive approach to professional development.
The salary for this role is between $63,000 - $80,000 USD. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate.
