Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the operations of our Sales & Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of their work. You will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of Sales Administrators, optimizing sales operations, tracking key metrics, and leading the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily key metrics for all sales channels.
- Generate reports from our CRM and Reporting platform.
- Review expense reports for the Sales & Marketing department to ensure accuracy and adherence.
- Manage and track partner commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in alignment with partner agreements.
- Handle the procurement process for department projects as assigned, working closely with various departments to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Develop and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring processes are standardized and followed.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership teams in strategy meetings to discuss and plan future initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as submitting tech tickets for Sales & Marketing-related issues and other administrative duties as assigned
- Manage and lead a team of three Sales Admins (located in the corporate office in Willow Grove, PA)
- Act as a backup for the Sales Admins when necessary. Answering corporate phone calls, handling chats and emails.
- Perform various HR tasks, including managing timecards for your team of sales admins in the payroll platform.
- Oversee and monitor the creation and management of virtual signing accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and maintaining high standards of performance and culture fit.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires within the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles.
- Handle various Sales & Marketing projects as assigned
- Manage and track partner commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in alignment with partner agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative and project management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis
- Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple departments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Call center experience a plus
