Summary

  • Assists the Business Development Team in the documentation of contracts and other accreditation requirements;
  • Process paper works and updates the contracts for any revisions;
  • Handles suppliers for any logistic requirements;
  • Maintains an accurate database used by the Business Development Team;
  • Handles phone queries

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales or any administrative related work
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable to MS Office Applications
