Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and strategic individual to lead and support the implementation of Union Motors' and the manufacturer's strategy regarding the sale of accessories across our dealership network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the accessory sales strategy in alignment with Union Motors and the manufacturer.
  • Analyze accessory sales performance across the dealer network.
  • Provide ongoing support to regional sales managers to promote and achieve dealership sales targets.
  • Support authorized dealerships in improving accessory sales.
  • Enhance the professional capabilities of dealership staff, particularly the Accessories Champions.
  • Prepare presentations for key company events and conferences (e.g., Dealer Owner Conference, Showroom Manager Conference).
  • Manage the sampling and display of new vehicle accessories.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and implementing business processes.
  • Previous experience in sales – a must.
  • Experience working with senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external interfaces.
  • Academic degree from a recognized institution – preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools – an advantage.
  • Strong English skills (reading and writing)
