Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the machine tool accessories product group.
  • Perform research and identify new customers and market

opportunities.

  • Allocate majority of time towards cold outreach.
  • Deliver or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate new deals.
  • Effectively manage and develop assigned customer list.
  • Participate in prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

forecasts.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  • Document all customer information, sales activities, and market data

in CRM system.

  • Support line competencies by proposing new products with supporting

market data.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to deliver high

level customer satisfaction.

  • Attend industry functions, including tradeshows and association

events.

  • Represent the company with the upmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist with Company web site, marketing metrics and other marketing

materials.

  • Assist with product development, testing and training internally.

Qualifications: Essential Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of the wholesale sells cycle, B2B and B2C.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and strong desire for financial reward.
  • Ability to apply pragmatic approach to creating optimal sales

strategy.

  • Ability to allocate time strategically.
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior problem solving, analytical, planning and execution skills

required.

  • Strategy development and project management skills.
  • Ability to determine, maintain and disseminate knowledge of current

industry standards and innovations.
