Summary
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and nurture relationships with assigned portfolio of high-value clients
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
Gather client feedback and work closely with the product and service delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
Provide regular reports and insights to the senior leadership team
What we're looking for
At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry
(experience in fintech is a plus)
.
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Strong knowledge in digital payments.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of sales reporting tools, such as Canva or PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
