Summary

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with assigned portfolio of high-value clients
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Gather client feedback and work closely with the product and service delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry (experience in fintech is a plus).
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong knowledge in digital payments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the use of sales reporting tools, such as Canva or PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
