Summary

Account Manager

Xebia is hiring ‘Sales—Account Manager(s)’ to grow its key client portfolio worldwide, specifically in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India, and APAC.


  • The role will involve working with the Senior Account Managers & Head of Sales of the regions to engage with & grow the business from key clients in the region
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the client ecosystem to demonstrate Xebia’s industry offerings, technology solutions, and services, and generate new business
  • Work with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Delivery & Operations, Service Lines & Capabilities to win new business & service the client's requirements
  • Build a deep understanding of the technology landscape in 1-2 industries, e.g. Banking or Retail & Consumer Goods, and be able to engage with clients to source & win new business
  • Utilize Xebia’s global ecosystem to demonstrate Xebia’s authority in the technology space and position Xebia as a strategic partner within the client’s ecosystem


Location: Xebia offices in India, and then the possibility of on-site transfer after a 6-month to 18-month time frame


Experience level: 2-5 years of experience post-MBA from Tier-I colleges


The ideal candidate will be a growth and sales-focused professional (prior experience will be great!), with a keen interest in learning and selling Technology services, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build strong relationships and win deals.
