Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager located in Edina, MN. The Sales Account Manager will handle day-to-day account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves lead generation, maintaining and growing client relationships, and delivering effective communication to meet sales targets and business objectives. Work from home will be acceptable for some tasks, but the candidate will be required to be present in the Edina, MN office for certain duties and meetings.

• Account Management skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation
• Strong Communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• CRM software experience a plus.
