We offer a full range of Cyber Security Services, starting from identifying vulnerabilities, potential breaches in your systems and existing security controls, to assessing your ability to detect, prevent, and respond to a cyberattack, and help you protect your business through a strong, secured framework.


Role Overview:

As a full-time Sales Account Manager at Reacts, you'll play a pivotal role in both nurturing our valued existing clients and expanding our reach by identifying and securing new business opportunities in Egypt. You'll be responsible for understanding the unique cybersecurity needs of both current and potential clients, and expertly positioning our cutting-edge solutions to fortify their defences against evolving threats. This role demands a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through both account management and new business development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads and sales opportunities within the cybersecurity market.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for existing clients, and develop effective outreach strategies for new business development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders, based on trust and mutual benefit.
  • Present and demonstrate our suite of cybersecurity products and services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements, both for existing and new prospects.
  • Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of relevant solutions to existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client experiences for both new and existing accounts.
  • Successfully navigate the full sales cycle with new prospects, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and expand professional knowledge.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging threats to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, encompassing both existing account performance and new business pipeline.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record in both account management and new business development, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and the current threat landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships and in identifying and closing new business.
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, both in account growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology ) or equivalent experience.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with cybersecurity vendors and an Existing network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
