This position of Sales Account Manager is part of our Paid Media department, where you’ll act as the key point of contact for all current advertising partners, ensuring strong performance, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration. You’ll also work to grow these partnerships through performance optimization, upselling, and cross-selling, while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by nurturing client relationships, expanding revenue streams, and negotiating high-value deals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric mindset, playing a crucial role in the success of our Paid Media sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with all existing Paid Media clients, ensuring campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current client accounts (farming).
• Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into long-term business partnerships.
• Strategize and execute business growth initiatives to maximize client engagement and revenue.
• Negotiate and close high-value agreements, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Paid Media team to align client goals with campaign execution.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team leader.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related tools.
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• High school diploma required; additional certifications in business, marketing, or sales are a plus.
