Responsibilities
Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery schedules, both verbally and in writing
Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
Monitor market competition by staying updated on pricing, product offerings, lead times, and other relevant data
Process customer orders efficiently, including order entry, contract review, and invoicing
Build, maintain, and strengthen strong business and interpersonal relationships with existing and prospective customers across Southeast Asia
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and meet company-wide objectives and performance goals
Prepare oral and written reports for management on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive threats, market trends, and opportunities for new products or services
Consistently achieve or exceed invoicing and booking targets, in alignment with goals set by the Sales Manager
Requirements
Al least 2–3 years of commercial experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or Oil & Gas
Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science (or equivalent discipline)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
