Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, engineers, and facilities managers. Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in commercial heavy mechanical trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler/chiller systems, or similar).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and revenue targets in a B2B construction or mechanical services environment.
- Deep understanding of commercial project cycles, client dynamics, and mechanical trade operations.
- Strong network within the Denver commercial construction or mechanical trades market.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and strategic thinker with a solutions-first approach.
