**Sage Intacct Support Specialist**
We seek an experienced Sage Intacct Technical & Functional Support Specialist to manage and optimize our Procurement, Inventory, AP, and AR modules. You'll troubleshoot issues, configure systems, and enhance workflows while supporting end-users and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Technical Support:** Troubleshoot and maintain Sage Intacct Procurement and Inventory modules, resolve integration issues, and manage APIs and upgrades.
- **Functional Support:** Assist users with procurement, inventory processes, and reporting, providing training and process improvements.
- **Collaboration & Documentation:** Align system functionality with business needs, document configurations, and validate new features.
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years with Sage Intacct Procurement & Inventory.
- Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and integration skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and reporting in Sage Intacct.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- SQL, scripting, or Sage Intacct certification (preferred).
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with SQL, API development, or ERP migrations.
- Familiarity with supply chain and accounting principles.
