Overview: Join our innovative Field Operations team as a Program Manager for Safety, Quality, and Training. This role is pivotal in implementing a data-driven approach to enhance safety, quality, and training initiatives across field operations. You will leverage data insights to drive decision-making, align training initiatives with market managers, and ensure that our technicians are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities ● Data-Driven Safety and Quality Initiatives: ○ Utilize data to identify and prioritize safety and quality needs, ensuring decisions are informed by performance metrics and operational data. ○ Implement targeted initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance, continuously refining approaches based on data analysis. ● Field Leadership Support: ○ Partner with field leadership to design and implement training programs driven by data insights, with a focus on enhancing safety and quality ○ Ensure field managers are equipped to independently deliver and manage training programs, fostering market self-sufficiency. ● Certification and Development: ○ Prepare and certify high performing technicians to become our certified trainers, enabling them to appropriately train new hires and up-skill existing staff. ○ Maintain an up-to-date list of certified trainers in each market, ensuring continuous training and recertification as necessary. ○ Develop tracking and reporting systems for training programs and initiatives, supporting each market's efforts to produce highly trained new hires and deliver ongoing education for existing field staff. ● Documentation and SOP Management: ○ Update and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, ensuring all training and operational protocols are up-to-date and aligned with the latest safety and quality standards. ○ Collaborate with the WeLink Safety Committee to develop, support, and execute safety-driven initiatives that align with company standards and reduce field-related risks. ○ Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is up-to-date, effective, and aligned with evolving operational needs. ○ Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Field Knowledge Base (KB), ensuring it remains a reliable, accessible resource for technicians and managers. ● Support and Guidance: ○ Provide ongoing support and resources to field managers and certified technician trainers to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in field operations, quality management, or related technical fields. * Proven ability to innovate and develop effective programs, tools, and processes that drive improvements in training, safety, and quality. * Demonstrated track record as a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and consistently delivers results without requiring constant oversight. * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader organizational goals. * Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment - capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally with field teams, leadership, and safety committees.
