Command Missouri is seeking a Saddle Stitcher Operator to join our growing team! We are currently hiring for 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). A qualified Saddle Stitch Operator will be able to perform the following tasks: Setup and run the following equipment: Horizon SPF-20A with HOF-400 high speed sheet feeder, MBO Z-6 knife folder attachment, MBO B30 Folder with continuous feeder, 8pg section and 16pg section, and MBO B118 Folder with 4 Plate right angle section Operating machine effectively to ensure a quality product Perform routine maintenance as needed or assigned Score, Perforate and fold covers, letters, end sheets and other materials Read and understand job tickets and special instructions Maintain a clean work environment Perform additional tasks as assigned Requirements: The Saddle Stitcher Operator should meet the following requirements: The ability to lift 40lbs. The ability to read and take measurements in standard and metric The ability to learn new skills Positive attitude and a focus on quality High school diploma or equivalent Able to operate independently and as part of a team Able to read and follow job tickets, labels, and instructions Demonstrate the ability to focus on the task at hand and maintain consistency Good understanding of all Bindery functions/procedures Good organizational and time management skill Strong communication skills; both oral and written to identify defects Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule Benefits: Command Missouri is proud to offer competitive pay and great benefits!
