Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS Sales Representative to sell Credibled's cutting-edge solutions. This is a night-shift, in-office role in Chennai, focusing on driving growth in North America. You’ll build relationships, develop pipelines, and close deals, contributing to Credibled's mission to modernize recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in Canada and the U.S.
• Conduct compelling product presentations and demos of Credibled's platform.
• Close sales deals by showcasing the value of Credibled’s features like automated reference checks, lead generation, and fraud detection.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven SaaS sales experience (preferred) or a track record of exceeding targets in B2B sales in North America.

Skills:

• /!\ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, tailored for a North American client base.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Availability: Night-shift work, adhering to North American time zones.
• Location: Must work from the Chennai office – no remote or hybrid options.
