As an Implementation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients harness the full power of Sprinklr's platform, turning their social media, analytics, and paid media challenges into opportunities for growth and engagement.

Technical Implementation:

• Take ownership of Sprinklr platform configuration, bringing expertise to paid media setup, reporting frameworks, and custom dashboards
• Design and implement data collection strategies that deliver meaningful insights aligned with client goals
• Build and execute integration solutions with third-party platforms and data sources
• Create and optimize paid media workflows and automation rules that drive efficiency and results

Client Success and Advisory:

• Partner closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into practical technical solutions
• Deliver strategic recommendations backed by social insights and paid media performance data
• Guide clients through platform capabilities, helping them unlock the full potential of analytics, paid media, and reporting features
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities through regular platform health checks

Best Practices and Innovation:

• Shape and maintain best practices for paid media management and social insights configuration
• Develop reusable implementation templates that accelerate client success
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen platform adoption through standardized practices
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends in social analytics and paid media management

Travel Requirements:

• Position requires approximately 20% travel, primarily within Europe, to support on-site client engagements
• Must be willing and able to travel to client locations for key project phases including discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and major implementation milestones
• Ability to travel internationally within Europe required

Language Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in English required as the primary working language for client engagements and internal collaboration
• Additional European languages are a plus: German, French
