By collaborating closely with sales teams and working by territory or account list, we effectively grow business within target accounts. Our personalized multi-touch point approach, which includes calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media, ensures effective engagement with stakeholders and successful booking of Discovery Meetings. We also assist in advancing opportunities, engaging additional stakeholders, and following up on colder deals to drive progress toward deal closures and revenue recognition.


Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our SaaS sales team, focusing on the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in expanding our market presence in the Gulf region.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers in the GCC region through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
  • Research target accounts to understand business needs and decision-making processes.

Qualification & Discovery:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and identify how our SaaS solution can meet their needs.
  • Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.

Market Development:

  • Develop deep knowledge of the GCC market’s business culture, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
  • Customize outreach strategies and messaging to fit local business norms and cultural expectations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on strategy and hand off qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
  • KPIs & Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, meetings set, and other pipeline metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Familiarity with the GCC region, with existing knowledge of its business landscape and buyer personas.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and outbound sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
