Summary

Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for a Portfolio Data Management Analyst to join the Strategic Accounts (SA) operational support department.


The department is responsible for ensuring that new staffing contracts signed between Robert Half and larger enterprise clients (i.e., Strategic Accounts, Regional Accounts, National Technology Accounts, Protiviti, Public Sector, and Private Equity) are accurately set up in back-office systems, and that staffing professionals in the field have the necessary information to engage with clients. The Portfolio Data Management Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and setting up client contracts, and identifying subsidiaries and affiliates within Salesforce for billing, marketing, compliance, and revenue recognition. This role requires strong project coordination capabilities as the Portfolio Data Management Analyst will be working cross-functionally with internal customers from the point of implementation through the full lifecycle of accounts.


What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain key contract data within Salesforce for SA clients, with a full life cycle approach from implementation to completion. Data includes, but not limited to, marketing, billing, compliance, sales credit allocation, account ownership, account target list and revenue recognition.
  • Utilize strong research skills with tools such as D&B Hoovers, PitchBook, and Salesforce to identify client locations for implementation and account maintenance.
  • Capable of working with large sets of data within Excel while utilizing VLOOKUPS, PivotTables, and basic excel formulas.
  • Will simultaneously handle multiple job-related tasks and requires strong coordination and prioritization skills to independently manage end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Must monitor and report on the progress of job-related tasks and functions in a structured manner, highlighting any deviations from the schedule and potential risks to contract implementation.
  • Responsible for coordinating with but not limited to stakeholders from Robert Half teams such as: branches, billing, credit, time entry and payroll for candidate transitions to MSP accounts.
  • Ability to QA Salesforce contract data and work with internal stakeholders, addressing variations and providing solutions to output an error free product.
  • Facilitate issue resolution of SA contract terms relating to account setup.
  • Provide assistance on special projects as needed in support of SA, and field initiatives that impact the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with department peers, such as but not limited to: SA Contract Implementation Managers, Compliance, Pricing, Credit, Billing, Time Entry, Strategic Account VPs, and front office Services teams relating to client contract data.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management desired; however, a focus in Business Analysis or Data Analysis is preferred but not required. Other relevant degrees will be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordinator, or related role.
  • Proficient in Excel, with a focus on leveraging basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, basic functions, PivotTables needed.
  • Working knowledge of nested Excel formulas for data analysis and report creation preferred but not required.
  • Previous exposure to Power Query, Domo, SmartSheets is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of how to extrapolate and analyze data from databases such as DOMO, Tableau or SQL preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PitchBook, and Hoovers, preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to learn new software packages and in-house systems as business need arises.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to move from one system to the next in a timely fashion.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with teams and staff at all levels.
  • Must be very detail oriented with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy working within various software packages and database systems.



The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$48,000.00 - $73,000.00
