Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining robust applications using Ruby on Rails (primary) and Django.
• Designing and optimizing APIs, databases, and microservices.
• Collaborating closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving our codebase.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and best coding practices.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails (primary) and familiarity with Django.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and caching (Redis).
• Experience in API development, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Git, Agile workflows, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products.
