Job Title: RPA Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have strong automation development skills, proficiency in scripting, and the ability to work independently across the full automation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and support RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Process Automation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient automation workflows.
• Documentation & Testing: Create detailed design documentation and test cases aligned with RPA best practices.
• Feasibility Analysis: Perform process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Reusable Components: Build automation frameworks and reusable components for long-term maintainability.
• Business Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to optimize business processes through automation.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and support of RPA solutions in production environments.
  
  

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools, specifically UiPath.
• UiPath Citizen Developer Certification
• Proficiency in automation development, scripting, and testing.
• Working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages: Python, C#/Java, VBScript, Excel VBA (Excel Macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing robust automation solutions.
• Experience preparing design documentation and test cases following RPA standards.
• Ability to work independently across the full automation lifecycle, from feasibility analysis to deployment.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cognitive automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for RPA.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA tools.
