The primary purpose of the role is to design, build, and oversee / manage solutions to automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.

About The Role

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance.
• Supporting the broader development team in developing and delivering solutions.
• Working with process consultants to create the PDD for developmen.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes and workflows in line with Alliance Automation Framework requirements.
• Continuously assess and improve existing automation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate).
• Experience on automation delivery cases, showcasing how solutions are implemented within a structured framework—including development lifecycle, key blockers, and resolution strategies.
• Proficiency in languages such as Net, Java and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
• Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and could quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
