What are we looking for? 🔍

We are currently looking for a senior Application Production Support profile with Expert-level English to join an exciting opportunity in the banking sector, focused on supporting AI-driven applications. The consultant will be integrated into the Production Team within the Banking and Financing Services business area, particularly the Artificial Intelligence Unit.

The role will involve support for:

• 🤖 RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• 💬 Chatbot
• 📄 Document Intelligence
• Other innovative AI projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct IT support to the business 📈
• Ensure proper coverage during working shifts 📅
• Handle requests via email, phone, or in person 📞📧
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders 🤝
• Analyze underlying issues and propose sustainable solutions 🔎
• Automate daily tasks using scripts and other tools 💻⚙️
• Be available for rotating shifts on weekends/holidays 🕒

Key Technical Skills:

• Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event logs) 🖥️
• Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) 💾
• Performance monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace) 📊
• ITIL certification 🎯
• Cloud IT experience ☁️
• RPA tools (preferably Blue Prism) 🤖
• SQL / Microsoft SQL Server 🗄️
• Infrastructure as Code (preferably Ansible) ⚙️
