Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our team, specializing in roofing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, and ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for in the budgeting process. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of residential and commercial construction estimating.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing and construction projects
• Conduct take-offs and analyze blueprint specifications
• Develop and submit competitive bids for projects
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to optimize project costs
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
• Monitor project progress and update estimates as necessary
• Utilize Procore and Blue Beam for project documentation and bid management
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ yeas of experience in roofing estimating
• Strong background in residential and commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in take-offs and bid preparation
• Familiarity with procurement processes
• Experience with multi-family and commercial projects
• Knowledge of Procore and Blue Beam software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
