COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR & SALES

Location coverage: Indiana - Greater Chicago area

Salary: $95K - $125K

No Commission Structure

The Estimator is responsible for delivering value and solutions to clients. They collaborate with project managers to prepare precise estimates based on manufacturer specifications, ensuring compliance with warranty requirements and local building codes.

A BACKGROUND, DRUG AND MVR REVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for both estimation and sales, including taking accurate measurements, providing estimates, and selling services
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine requirements
• Develop estimates, bids, and proposals using The EDGE software
• Conduct site visits to assess roof conditions and material needs
• Analyze data to provide tailored customer solutions
• Build relationships with clients and contractors while ensuring timely follow-ups and procurement

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Expertise in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction law, contracts, and safety regulations
