Job Description:
As a Senior RPA UiPath Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the UiPath environment, ensuring smooth execution of automated processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation initiatives, manage production environments, and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain UiPath Orchestrator environments.
Monitor the health and performance of UiPath bots, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues.
Implement RPA solutions using best practices to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to manage bot deployment, version control, and production stability.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for bot failures.
Manage security and access control for UiPath environments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Support audits and ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Perform updates, upgrades, and patch management for UiPath tools and platforms.
Document processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for RPA administration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and implement automation goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of overall experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA UiPath administration.
Strong experience in UiPath Orchestrator administration, production support, and bot management.
Proficiency in RPA solutions and automation frameworks, with a deep understanding of UiPath tools.
Experience in monitoring and managing automation workflows in production environments.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate admin tasks.
Knowledge of databases (SQL) and managing UiPath logs for analysis and reporting.
Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps for RPA.
