The Smart Automation Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and process optimization through the implementation of Smart automation solutions. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, gather requirements, and ensure successful deployment of automation initiatives. Responsibilities Translating business needs into technical specifications, facilitating requirements gathering, and conducting workshops to identify automation opportunities. Documenting processes, ensuring Smart Automation solutions meet business requirements, acting as a liaison between IT and business, and leading the Citizen Developer Program while authoring user guides. Manage project tracking and reporting, focusing on key metrics, status, and issue resolution. Lead the introduction and adoption of Jira, setting up governance processes and communication plans. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, while creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Foster team cohesion through effective task assignment, conflict resolution, and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Demonstrate technical proficiency by documenting technologies and guiding teams to align with business objectives. Mentoring junior staff to build skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation. Aligning solutions with business goals and innovation, while implementing effective change management processes. Eenable cross-functional collaboration and foster teamwork across the organization. Requirements Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology. Relevant certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Minimum 6 years of overall experience with atleast 4 years of experience as Business Analyst Understanding of RPA (Robotics Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence) / ML (Machine Learning) concepts. Proficient in Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD) Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies Experience working with Agile environment and Agile principles and methodologies. Knowledge of advanced analytics - SQL, Python, data visualization Digital transformation understanding. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
