About the Role

Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a skilled and innovative RPA Developer to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will hold a certificate in UiPath and will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our business processes globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RPA solutions using tools like UiPath or similar
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Test and deploy RPA bots to ensure functionality and performance
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operation
• Provide training and support to end-users

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI, ML, Chatbot is an advantage.

Monthly Salary:

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4,000 to 5,000 EUR gross, however we are open to discuss your salary expectations and the final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
