THE OPPORTUNITY

As we expand, our Technology team is growing rapidly, driving innovation in AI for Workers Compensation. We're transforming the industry with cutting-edge solutions that enhance claims management, improve outcomes, and streamline processes.

As an RPA Developer, you’ll be at the heart of EML’s drive to work smarter, streamlining processes and delivering tech-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, always looking for new ways to improve how we work and deliver value through automation.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Design, build, and implement automation processes (including software robots) based on business needs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automations post-implementation.
  • Apply Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure reliable, high-quality automation delivery.
  • Develop secure, efficient automations that align with organisational risk management practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends and advancements.

About You

  • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer certification is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar automation development role.
  • Proficiency with automation tools (preferably UiPath), C#, SQL Server, Web APIs, and Visual Studio.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in an agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
