Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support the automation of internal workflows and business processes. This role will focus on leveraging tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and OCR technologies to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance visibility across processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, OCR, and browser automation tools
• Build intelligent workflows that incorporate generative AI to support data-driven decision-making
• Automate data extraction from various sources including emails, Excel spreadsheets, and PDFs
• Collaborate with product management to gather requirements and understand user workflows
• Ensure automation solutions are user-friendly, minimally disruptive, and aligned with business needs
• Document process flows and provide support for deployed automation solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with OCR, document parsing, and browser automation
• Experience integrating AI workflows into business automation is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
