Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing automation workflows using UiPath and other automation tools. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across business functions to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Workflow Development:

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Utilize RE-Framework for scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
• Build custom activities and leverage workflow analyzers to enhance process automation.

1. Bot Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA bots, including requirement gathering, development, UAT, production deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage automation infrastructure and lab setups, ensuring optimal bot performance and stability.

1. Orchestrator Management:

• Manage and configure UiPath Orchestrator, including bot scheduling, monitoring, and deployment.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain project documentation, including Project Plans, PDD, SDD, and status reports.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Grafana and Kibana to monitor automation performance and outcomes.

1. Stakeholder Interaction:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline day-to-day tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on automation tools and processes.

1. Problem Solving and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical challenges in automation processes.
• Implement error handling and maintain RPA solutions to ensure stability and scalability.

1. API Integration and Tools:

• Work with REST APIs, API authentication, Postman, and API Gateways to integrate automation with third-party tools and systems.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and upskilling within the team.

Must-Have Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on RPA, automation, and development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing workflows using UiPath Studio.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE-Framework, and bot lifecycle management.
• Strong programming skills in UiPath using C# & VB.Net
• Programming aptitude in any programming language like Java or Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with API tools such as Postman and familiarity with API authentication mechanisms.
• Good understanding of Data tables, Collections (in UiPath) and Advanced LinkQ query

Dashboard Tools:

• Familiarity with dashboard creation tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Version Management: Proficiency with GIT for version control.
• Documentation: Ability to create and maintain project documentation (e.g., PDD, SDD).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced Automation Features:
• Knowledge of Citrix automation, OCR engines, and computer vision technologies.
• Experience with fuzzy matching algorithms for data matching.
• Automation Tools:
• Expertise in Selenium and related automation technologies.
• DevOps Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and ServiceNow.
• Additional Automation Areas:
• Experience with Oracle Applications, Windows/thick clients, and Office automation.
• Understanding of NoSQL and time-series databases.
