The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven Roblox Game Developer to join our team as a partner. This is not a paid position — instead, you will be a co-creator and partner, sharing ownership and future profits from the games we build together.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to build and script engaging gameplay mechanics in Roblox Studio (using Lua).

• Collaborate with artists and designers to bring concepts to life.

• Help with game optimization, bug fixing, and continuous improvement.

• Contribute ideas and feedback throughout development.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Roblox Studio and Lua scripting.

• Passion for game development and a creative mindset.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to long-term collaboration and building something from scratch.

• Availability to work consistently as part of the team.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in UI design, 3D modeling, or animation on Roblox.

• A portfolio or examples of previous Roblox projects.
