What You’ll Do

  • Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations and overall nursing department management
  • Supervise and coach nursing staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Assist with clinical audits, compliance, and quality assurance measures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care plans
  • Serve as a resource for staff development and training

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid RN license in the State of Ohio
  • Prior leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion
