RN Case Manager

StartDate: 5/5/2025 Pay Rate: $2000.00 - $2800.00

TYPE OF JOB ORDER: RN Case Manager

START DATE: ASAP

REQUIRED SKILLS: 2 years minimum discharge planning experience; strong acute care hospital experience- Must have experience in the ED

#OF WEEKS: 13

M-F with one weekend every 5-6 weeks

EXPECTED HOURS: 40

LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ: DC license - can apply upon offer

SYSTEMS: Cerner experience required
