Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Data Collection Manager on the PDO Reality Labs team, you will manage a team of Project Managers and will lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of high-quality data collection projects that power Meta's hardware devices and user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure that our data collection efforts align with business objectives and drive product innovation.Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience in hardware development, operations, or project management 3+ years of people management experience Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline driven environment Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams Experience building 0-1 hardware products Experience in AI or machine learning Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces
