The Risk Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy & Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners; leading risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the experienced Compliance Program Manager will partner with PRPC Leadership to support the end-to-end design and implementation of our risk management function with the objective of developing a shared framework across Meta People teams. This includes building the continuous design improvement of the HR org's global regulatory readiness program.8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling regulatory risk management and compliance programs. Experience in regulatory controls testing and monitoring. Have working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems, and experience interpreting bottlenecks in complex systems and partnering with teams to resolve architectural issues, with experience adapting to new technology and participating in design discussions Demonstrate data analytical skills, goal-setting, and experience working with attention to detail Experience in end-to-end strategy, implementation, navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Second line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within the technology industry Experience in internal company policy development
