Job Description:

The Integrity Risk Intelligence team is in a build phase, having only stood up late in 2024. Comfort with ambiguity, analyzing data, and delivering products to increase executive awareness and meet regulatory requirements will be essential for this role.

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented candidate with deep knowledge of risk management, compliance, and/or Integrity functions. We would particularly value excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven success building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of global stakeholders. The candidate will drive strong cross-functional engagement, monitor emerging regulatory policies, both monitor and analyze internal datasets for relevance to regulatory and intelligence deliverables, and communicate with key stakeholders. In this role, you will need to work well in high-pressure situations, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to pivot quickly and effectively when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with translating work across compliance and Integrity teams seamlessly and acting as the connection point between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and the business, leveraging their Integrity subject matter expertise.

Risk Management Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented risk management specialist who is comfortable with analyzing and gleaning results from data to backfill a current Program Manager on the Integrity Risk Intelligence Team.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate would have 4-5 years of risk experience in trust & safety / content policy, 2+ years experience and 2+ years in program management. Experience with risk assessments, data analysis, or intelligence would be a major plus.
