Assist in maintaining accreditation compliance, patient safety goals and other state or licensing requirements.
Facilitate document processing between managers and committees.
Record and maintain committee meeting minutes, performance improvement and risk management documentation.
Maintenance and updating of policy and procedures manuals.
Maintain and update electronic and physical database.
Assist in project implementation and system wide education and compliance initiatives including compliance with State Licensing and CMS regulatory requirements.
Track projects as assigned throughout the Facility, which may include but is not limited to quality council, policies and procedures, safety committee, department monitors, board monitors and graphs.
Other Functions
Perform other functions and task as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree within a clinical healthcare field such as nursing or counseling preferred.
One year experience with Joint Commission/CARF accreditation preferred and working in a compliance or risk capacity.
License/Designations/Certifications
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required(training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.

As required by local law, San Jose Behavioral Health provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
SJBH Range = $27.00/hour - $30.25/hour
