We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Support the Capacity Management & Service Acceptance functions across the bank

• Develop and maintain data transfer processes using SQL / Python
• Support the bank’s Capacity Management tool (Syncsort Capacity Management, or Athene)
• Produce regular governance data, including Key Control Indicators

• Support less technically experienced colleagues to understand the Capacity Management and Service Acceptance Processes
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Awareness of risk and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with data quality standards and compliance
• Experience with data preprocessing and producing clear & accurate output
  
  

The following would also be desirable

• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience in building dashboards for business users
