About the Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take on flexible freelance work. We are hiring a Risk Compliance Analyst on a part-time contract basis to support ongoing compliance, IT audit, and risk management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SOX compliance, IT audits, and enterprise risk management, with relevant certifications such as CISA and CRISC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT audit and SOX compliance activities across business units.
• Perform IT risk assessments and assist in identifying control gaps and areas of improvement.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document, test, and enhance ITGC (IT General Controls).
• Assist in preparing audit documentation, control matrices, and risk reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT risk and compliance frameworks and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, or audit roles.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, ITGCs, and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments, control testing, and audit preparation.
• Certifications: CISA, CRISC (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with global or cross-functional teams is a plus.
