Key Accountabilities
- Applying best practices- strives for efficiency, automation, and reduction in busywork & assists other teams with applying best practices in respect of reporting and creating more consistency.
- Reporting - coordinates and produces agreed reporting on the LCCG book of work e.g. legal adequacy tracking, updates on back book burn down plans etc.
- Establish and maintain progress reports for the organisation, ensuring that community of lawyers and broader key stakeholders keep their teams on track with their mandatory deliverables.
- Planning - assists lawyers, BMs, chiefs of staff in planning the Control book of work to ensure no blockages/ pinch points.
- Governance – responsible for ensuring team follow standard reporting methods, acting a central repository for reporting requests for LCCG.
- Gathering data to support the resource and effort required to close out a particular issue – escalating in a timely fashion if deliverables are at risk.

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.
Accountabilities
- Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
- Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
- Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
