Responsible for management and delivery of risk management and patient safety data and information, including regular and ad-hoc requests for information and analyses. Develops and maintains databases for assigned areas of responsibility. Prepares information and analysis in a variety of formats, including summary analytics, for internal leaders, external vendors and regulatory agencies. Abstracts pertinent information from several internal and external data systems. Provides administrative support related to risk management and patient safety programs.

Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
