Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree (required)
Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS/M.Tech in Computer Science)
Relevant Experience
6+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign
Hands-on experience with communication platforms or MarTech stacks
Adobe Campaign certification required
Technical Skills
Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Understanding of email and SMS technologies

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Adobe Campaign projects, ensuring best practices and robust technical solutions.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions within Adobe Campaign.
Manage the development of custom workflows, data integrations, and automation scripts; ensure smooth integration with other systems.
Develop and implement testing strategies; conduct code reviews and resolve technical issues.
Document all technical workflows, configurations, and development practices comprehensively.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT) to align campaign goals and enhance performance.
Monitor and optimize system performance for reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies with a global team including in-house and vendor resources.
Ensure test environments are stable, support production release readiness, and provide input on go/no-go decisions.
