In the role of a Right of Way Title Agent I, we'll count on you to: * Order, track and update preliminary title reports, per client standards * Perform property and owner research using applicable federal, state, city, county and client resources, such as recorder's offices, assessor's offices, or various websites and databases * Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications * Microsoft Office Suite product experience * Local Candidates preferred Required Qualifications * Strong editorial and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and organization * General background related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending * GIS and database familiarity a plus What We Believe HDR is our company.
