Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an RFID Implementation Engineer for our client in Norristown, PA. This is an opportunity to join an innovative team leading the deployment of RFID solutions in industrial environments.
- Location: Norristown, PA (Onsite with occasional remote work, 50% travel required)
- Pay: $90,000 - $95,000/year
- Shifts Available: Day shifts – Flexible Scheduling

What You’ll Do:
- Implement RFID hardware and software solutions for customers onsite and remotely
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for RFID systems
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance product solutions
- Train customers on RFID products and integration with their workflow
- Support trade shows, testing, and product development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in field implementation, technical support, or RFID technology
- Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, and networking technologies
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and training
