【Job Description】
1. Perform RF testing, measuring key parameters such as power, spectrum, impedance, and signal integrity.
2. Operate test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes for data collection.
3. Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive and accurate testing.
4. Participate in testing and verification of RF circuits and antenna performance, analyzing test results and providing improvement suggestions.
5. Conduct basic soldering and hardware debugging, including soldering resistors, capacitors, and RF connectors.
6. Be able to read and understand RF-related regulations in Chinese and English (e.g., NCC, FCC) and communicate with certification labs regarding compliance issues.
7. Write test SOPs based on input from other team members and conduct on-site demonstrations.
8. Prepare test reports, document test results, and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of RF testing theories, understanding of RF signals and antenna principles.
3. Familiarity with common RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters.
4. Basic soldering skills, capable of hand soldering and desoldering SMD and THT components.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
6. Team player with good communication and learning abilities.
7. Prior LTE testing experience is a plus.
